Carlton DiSalvo

Carlton joined Swearingen Realty Group, LLC (“SRG”) in 2022 as Tenant Advisor.  During his time in this role, he has been responsible for site selection, lease negotiation, and market analysis for a variety of clients represented by senior brokers of the firm.

In partnership with veteran brokers of the firm, he helps manage the transaction process and ensures that projects are delivered on-time and are client-focused.  This has given him in-depth experience working on expansions, renewals, relocations, and acquisitions for a variety of clients represented by SRG.  This clientele includes, and is not limited to, medical, office, retail and industrial users across the country.

Carlton joined SRG in Dallas, Texas, after spending two years as a political consultant in the State of Georgia.  As a registered lobbyist, he worked on issues pertaining to education, local tax initiatives, and state licensure.  Not only did he gain a better understanding of negotiation and project management, but he also led a team of volunteers and part-time staff to meet campaign metrics across the Peach State.  In 2022, he decided to bring those experience-driven skills to the field of commercial real estate in the Lone Star State.

Having lived in Florida, Georgia and Texas, he has a personal understanding of the three fastest growing commercial markets in the country.  In his free time, he enjoys visiting his family in the hill country — reading, riding and roping.
