Alan Thomas

Alan entered the commercial real estate industry in 1997, and services clients’ needs on a local, regional and national basis for Swearingen. Since beginning his career in real estate, Alan’s areas of expertise include: strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, space disposition and portfolio management.

Alan specializes in corporate real estate services with an emphasis on office and industrial properties with focus on defense, aerospace and technology. Other disciplines include investment sales, land acquisition and healthcare real estate.

Alan is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, where he received his bachelor’s in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Christian University. He is active in public, philanthropic and community organizations such as the Trinity Commons Foundation, the Dallas Museum of Art and Lee Park Junior Conservancy.
