Bruce M. Hecht

Bruce joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) in 1995 as an Executive Vice President, specializing in corporate services. During his tenure at SRG, Bruce has consistently been one of our top producers.  As Executive Vice President, and one of three Managing Principals, he develops and directs the strategic activities of the company, while remaining active in brokerage. Prior to joining Swearingen, Bruce was a Senior Vice President and Director of Grubb & Ellis’ Corporate Services Division .

• Bruce advises corporations on the acquisition & disposition of office, industrial and technical facilities for purchase and lease.
• He coordinates all aspects of the transaction and consults with real estate managers and upper management in evaluation and structure of their entire real estate portfolios.
• Bruce is recognized for his negotiation strategies, overall market knowledge, and understanding of the financial, legal, accounting and construction aspects of real estate transactions.

Bruce earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin with majors in finance and real estate.  He is an avid sports enthusiast and is a certified Porsche track instructor.  Bruce is married and resides in Dallas and mentors five great kids.
