Callie Meinhardt

Callie joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) as Vice President in the Corporate Services Division.  Callie is responsible for national portfolio management, strategic lease negotiations, and maintaining long-standing business relationships.  She oversees publicly traded and private equity funded clients with locations in over 40 states.  She has negotiated over 100 new leases, expansions, and renewals in office, flex, and retail properties in her time at SRG.

Prior to joining SRG, Callie was a Senior Leasing Representative at Northwood Retail in Dallas, Texas.  During this time, she specialized in Landlord representation of 1.5 million square feet of retail in their Texas portfolio.  She began her career at Deloitte in the Real Estate Financial Advisory division in Dallas, Texas.  During this time, she served numerous Fortune 500 clients in major real estate transactions.

• Provide exclusive tenant representation to sophisticated corporate users to ensure smooth, cost-effective and properly managed transactions.
• Oversee strategic portfolio management to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Lead complex lease negotiations and decision-making processes.
• Perform specialized site selection, tailored to clients’ needs.
• Provide in-depth market research to help clients understand their current business and economic environment.
• Oversee construction projects and build-to-suit arrangements.
• Contribute advanced financial analysis.
• Work closely with Swearingen’s in-house services departments including Market Research, Lease Administration and Project/Construction Management.

Callie is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada.  She graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University, Neeley School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance.  She enjoys watching football, trying Dallas’ best new restaurants, and practicing yoga.
