Hyatt Thompson

Hyatt joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG)” in 2008, and specializes in local and national Exclusive Tenant Representation. As part of the Corporate Services Division, Hyatt focuses heavily on corporate portfolio management. He oversees site selection, market research and negotiations for transactions of all types and provides a web-based lease management system to corporate clients.

Hyatt has negotiated over 1,000 real estate transactions, of all sizes, in various markets throughout the United States. Such transactions include relocations, de novo sites, renewals, dispositions and build-to-suits for clients in the industrial, retail, banking and healthcare industries. He has rapidly gained a vast knowledge of market conditions across the country in the pursuit of growth opportunities for his clients.

• Completed transactions in 43 states across the country.
• Account manager for Health Care portfolio client with 750+ locations.
• Account manager for Physical Therapy client with 500+ locations.
• Transaction manager for Bank portfolio client with 325+ locations.

Hyatt is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.  He graduated from the University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree in finance.  Hyatt currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Chandler, and his two daughters, Campbell and Brooklyn.
