Jack Moravcik

Jack Moravcik serves Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Moravcik joined Swearingen in 1984 and his insight, knowledge and experience have proven to be invaluable in managing corporate real estate transactions.

Mr. Moravcik has extensive experience in office, industrial and retail leases, investment and land sales, and corporate transactions. His overall goal is to assist his clients in achieving their real estate objectives with the utmost focus on results. This is achieved through his knowledge of space programming, lease negotiations, construction costs, lease reviews and construction management.

His experience in working with major corporations has been instrumental in his real estate career. Some of Mr. Moravcik’s major clients over the years include: State Farm Insurance, Allied Solutions, GE Capital, Verizon Communications, Regency Gas, Exel Transportation Services, Inc., Baker Hughes, and CD Exploration. In addition, he has completed numerous transactions with firms in the fields of accounting, law, advertising, insurance, technology, engineering, energy and transportation. 

Some of his notable transactions include:

• 30,000 square foot renewal and expansion for midstream gas company
• 30,000 square foot renewal and expansion for gas drilling company
• 50,000 square foot new office lease for Fortune 50 company
• Negotiated and managed simultaneous purchase of several properties, headquarters and investment for long-term client
• Managed large land acquisition and disposition for investment client
• 800,000 square foot office building purchase for confidential client

A native of Odessa, Texas, Jack graduated with a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
