Jim joined Swearingen (“SRG”) in 1981 as a specialist in tenant representation. He quickly became one of the most successful brokers in the company, earning recognition as a top producer for the last 30 years. As Executive Vice President, and one of three Managing Principals, he develops and directs the strategic activities of the company, while remaining active in brokerage.
