Luke Paterson

Luke Paterson joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) as a Market Analyst in 2007, prior to moving into a Strategic Account Advisor position. During his first few years as a Market Analyst, Luke assisted on 200+ national corporate transactions ranging from 2,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet in over 30 states.  As a Strategic Account Advisor, Luke focused on pursuing new strategic partnership alliances, as well as assisting on national lease negotiations for multiple large national real estate portfolios.  This time provided Luke with the cutting edge market knowledge, skills, negotiating strategies, relationships, and national transaction/portfolio management experience that are currently key to his success today.

Now as a Vice President, Luke is responsible for developing new business relationships, national portfolio management and strategic lease negotiations for national clients.  Luke has extensive experience managing several large national portfolios for both retail and office locations.  Luke concentrates on providing valued clients with cost-effective solutions for their national real estate needs, while taking 100% ownership of ALL real estate transactions.

• Working closely with Swearingen’s in-house services departments including Market Research, Lease Administration, and the Project/Construction Management.

Luke was born, raised and currently resides with his wife in Dallas, Texas.  Luke enjoys traveling to the mountains to hike, fish, bike, kayak and be in the outdoors.  Luke is also an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys fitness and playing basketball.
