Tyler Edwards

For the majority of Tyler’s nine years at Swearingen, he has served in the Corporate Service Division, specializing in representing corporate clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. As part of the Corporate Services Division, Tyler has focused heavily on corporate portfolio management. He has extensive experience managing national portfolios of publicly traded companies with upwards of 900 leases. Since 2005, Tyler has negotiated over 600 leases, subleases and lease terminations in all 50 states. Some of his clients include: Amedisys Home Health, Physiotherapy Associates, Odyssey HealthCare, Fannie Mae and American Home Mortgage.

Tyler works with a strategic focus on local and national market research, site selection studies/reports, financial analysis, operating expenses analysis and corporate tenant representation for office, retail and industrial/manufacturing facilities.

In 2003, Tyler graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in business broadcasting. A native of North Texas, Tyler grew up in Highland Village. His interests include photography, travel, athletics, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
